Customers must provide accurate information regarding the move, including addresses, contact details, and a comprehensive list of items to be moved. Any changes must be communicated promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
3.1. Pricing
Our pricing is based on the volume of items, distance, and any additional services requested. A detailed quote will be provided upon booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.

Customers may reschedule their service by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

5.1. Equipment and Vehicles
All moving equipment and vehicles are maintained to high safety standards. We ensure that our vans are suitable for the size and nature of your move.
6. Responsibilities of the Customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are ready for pickup at the agreed time. This includes packing, labeling, and securing items.
6.1. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed in our vehicles:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Valuable items such as jewelry and cash
7. Insurance and Liability
We offer basic insurance coverage for all items transported. Customers may opt for additional insurance to cover high-value items.
7.1. Claims
In the event of loss or damage, customers must file a claim within 14 days of the service completion. All claims will be handled promptly and fairly.
8. Dispute Resolution
